With 27 years of service in the U.S. Army and Oregon Army National Guard, Shannon brings a background in Logistics, Operations, and Construction Engineering to RoVIR Inspection & Repair.

In 2026, Shannon graduated from NRVTA and became certified as both an RV Technician and RV Inspector, combining hands-on technical training with years of experience solving problems and working with complex systems.

Since 2024, Shannon and his wife have been living full-time in their RV, adventuring and trying to find the end of the road.

Living full-time in an RV and traveling, has given Shannon a firsthand understanding of what RV owners experience — the freedom, the adventures, and sometimes the unexpected problems that come with RV life.

That's part of what inspired Shannon to create RoVIR Inspection & Repair — to provide knowledgeable, honest, mobile RV inspection and repair services while helping fellow RVers get back on the road.
