Mobile visit to check out several items and de-winterize
Came to my RV. I had some questions about a new RV that the dealer didn't explain. Wayne was thorough, professional and patiently walked me through everything. I have had him out one additional time to put a shut off switch on the refrigerator. He was on time, communicated well, and came prepared. Excellent!

I just called at 8:30 this morning - hoping to get an appointment sometime within the next week. My surprise was Wayne could stop by sometime today and see whether or not he could fix it. It really was a tough job figuring out how to bolt the toilette down to a flange that I had damaged when trying to replace the toilette! Wayne figured out how to do it & did a great job. You can bet I'll call on him the next time I need any repairs! Thanks again Wayne!
