Suburban furnace
I appreciated Robert's candor in response to my request. He said he was newly qualified and had little experience with furnaces. He agreed to come anyway and not charge me much if he was unable to solve the problem. I asked him a series of questions, and he gave me several useful ideas. I eventually found that the problem was a plugged propane orifice in the combustion section and didn't need him to come. I found his attitude refreshing. I will definitely call Robert again if I need help in the future.
