I am Kevin Doucet, a 25-year retired United States Coast Guard veteran who proudly served my country, a Husband, proud Father of 3 children, and Grandfather of 5 children and 5 French Bulldogs ( don't ask). My Wife, Beverly and I enjoy traveling, meeting new friends around the campfire, hiking, diving, snorkeling, and kayaking, with our family and furry kids.
I am a graduate of The NRVTA, a Certified RV Technician and Inspector. Beverly works for the business as the face of the company in community events, marketing, and in the administrative area.

And toilet reair
My toilet stopped allowing me to empty it. The trap would not open. Mr Doucet responded quickly and repaired it completely it works better then it did when I first bought this rig. And my rig is 30+yrs old!

Roaming Rigs
I'm new to the RV life and Kevin from RV Roaming Rigs opened my eyes to my travel trailer. Kevin walked me through my rig and showed me what to look out for and things I need to maintain. Kevin informed me the AC was on its last leg and showed me why. I had him install a new AC unit. Kevin is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It was the best move I have made in a long time. I have been disappointed with many businesses here in hernando county. Kevin from Roaming Rigs is the most honest person I have met in a long time.

In response to your post I would like to start with facts, your husband posted on the Famcamp Facebook that he needed an RV tech to come out because he couldn’t figure out why the Fogatti water heater he installed on Saturday February 1st was not working properly. He contacted me via text Monday, February 3 to schedule an appointment. I texted him back that I could schedule him for Tuesday between 9:00am and 9:30 and gave him my rates.This was all via text. On Tuesday morning I messaged your husband via text at 8:34 am, letting him know that due to the dense fog and major traffic it looked like I would be a little late. He responded with an acknowledgement and I would let him know when I got on base. I messaged him at 9:36am that I was on base and he responded saying he would be outside. The bill was as follows, diagnostic which is $150.00 the first hour and $125.00 each additional hour for two hours so it was a total of three hours you were charged, for a total of $400.00. Pricing was discussed Monday via text and no questions were asked at time of payment, nor was there any dispute about the charges. Yes, I was on the phone with the manufacturer troubleshooting so that I would not void the warranty on the water heater. The phone was on speaker and your husband was within earshot of the call. Fogatti responded with “send an email and the video to us and we will review and advise. we will respond between 12 to 24 hours”. Through diagnostic testing the conclusion was low water pressure. I told your husband I think the water pressure is too low for the water flow sensor. The minimum pressure is 45 psi, I advised your husband that he needed a water pressure regulator, your husband showed me the one that he had on the faucet. Your pressure was between 44 and 46 psi according to your water pressure regulator.
