Outstanding service
We were on our way down to Texas from Alaska when our front slide frame decided to pull away from our exterior wall on our RV. We contacted Matt who came out on a Sunday, diagnosed the issue and repaired same. The screws holding the slide frame to both exterior and interior wall were stripped out. Matt is very professional and personable personifying customer service, explaining the entire process as he completed the repair. Other RV techs should emulate Matt and strive to meet his excellence in his profession. If you find yourself on the side of the road in or near Chyenne, WY with an RV problem your first call should be to Matt. He is straight forward and honest in his dealings.

RV Power System Shutdown
I suddenly found myself without power in my Class B rig right around close of business. The local RV shop didn't have anybody still at work, but I got a referral to Ron. He met me at a truck stop well after when most people would be going home to their family, like around 7 p.m., and he did the best he could. He spent an unselfish hour on the issue. At the time we couldn't fix it, but he was able to do a lot of troubleshooting that eliminated things for me, and helped me to get it figured out the following evening. That's the only reason for a 4 star under results. He's a good man, and made a 100% effort, and he has my thanks in a stressful situation.

Excellent Hassle Free Service

Very helpful diagnosis
While traveling through Wyoming our RV had an issue with the AC and we were scrambling to find a mobile tech. He was on other calls, but he was very responsive and helpful trying to secure us another technician.
