Very professional and knowledgeable
I had a water problem that I thought my heating element had gone bad, I didn’t gave hot water on the electric side. But has it turned out the problem turned into a mother board gone bad and needed replaced. Travis was so helpful with educating me on the problem. He’ll be my go to RV mobile repairman in the future.

🧑🔧🧑🔧 Could not have had a better experience than with Travis!!! THIS GUY LITERALLY SAVED MY CHILDREN'S AND MY LIFE by diagnosing that my water heater's heating element cords were literally burning from an improper connection. He came extremely late at the end of the day after all his other customers and thank goodness he did, because if he had come next week when his next availability was, we may not have made it and could have literally been caught in a fire!! Don't let the negative review deter you. Some people are just never happy unless they're getting a complete handout. He served our country and now him and his family are helping people facing housing insecurity living in campers! He is NRVTA/NRVIA certified and went to school for his credentialing, not just some guy faking it as he goes along. Support local, and even more importantly support our vets who sacrificed and still continue doing so!! You pay for what you get and he is worth every penny 💯 and was consistently patient and communicative from start to finish. He has also lived the life so knows from direct experience and can help with general repairs, weatherization needs, and tips in extending your camper's overall longevity! Will be a repeat customer for sure! *Verified Google Guide here 👋* **Updated to add, came back out and adjusted my flame control as I felt it was coming out too strongly! ***Next, he'll be installing a tankless hot water heater for me and helping me weatherize so my babies and me will be warm for the winter ❄️ unendingly grateful to have found someone I can trust around my family AND to reliably and dependably BE THERE WHEN I CALL (or text). I literally couldn't ask for a better service technician. ((Also doesn't crazily upcharge for supplies like I've seen other companies))

Waisted almost 7 hours, tore up my RV to repair the automatic transfer switch (ATS) that I didn’t need when all he had to do was replace shore power connector plug. Stayed on the phone with someone else trying to diagnose the problem. Did not know what he was doing. Now the ATS he installed malfunctioned. Worthless!!!!

Customer presented 13 items wrong with her RV. Six of the items was fixed during the visit and at no charge. Customer resides in the Class C, the technician could not put his tool bag down as there was no room. Customer also stated water coming from the AC, upon observation there was no water stains or marking on the ceiling. But where the customer pointed out the stains, was an odor of urine. A small dog was known to live in the camper with the customer.
