Tre is extremely knowledgeable and very nice, He knows what he is doing and will explain what is going on. You don't get that from big box rv centers.

Riverside responded quickly to our issue with a broken slide room cable. The repair was difficult because the broken cable had frayed and was stuck in an inaccessible location. The old cable had to be removed in pieces and a new cable inserted using a series of individual steps. Riverside’s technicians were persistent and knowledgeable enabling them to complete this difficult repair.

I recently purchased a previously owned, well maintained B+, top of the line motorhome. Once I got it home I went about inspecting it even more than I had before purchasing it. It's design eliminates many feet of rooftop seams like many have, but it does have, as all do, installed features like AC, vents, lights, etc. on the roof and around the edges. Concerned, I called Tre Honsey of Riverside Mobile Home Service, on a Saturday and he agreed to an appointment for inspection the very next day, a Sunday. He came right on the time agreed and quickly went about the rooftop inspection. He found some issues and took pictures of them that he could share with me below. Further he went inside and opened all storage compartments and appliance enclosures looking for any water damage. Fortunately there was none, but with further age, the spots he found and all items sealed would degrade in time. Mid November not a good time to re-seal for good sealant cure, and he gave me a written quotation for re-sealing in the spring 100% of all items on top with 20 year guaranteed sealant. I do have the unit stored inside for the winter. Important to know, Tre's services are challenging to find and it's fortunate he's located right here in the Northland providing service to all RVs, watercraft, or any other pleasurecraft with rooftop sealing issues. I give him 5 stars and I recommend him highly.

I called to make an appointment to fix my water heater. Though he couldn’t fit me into his packed schedule because my RV was two hours away from his shop, he offered to trouble shoot it over the phone for a few minutes and solved my issue within 10 minutes. Didn’t accept offer for payment. Incredible knowledge and service.

The day before we were planning to leave for a trip, we found out our hot water heater was leaking. We called Riverside Mobile. They came first thing the next morning as they were completely booked that day. We had to have a replacement heater. Luckily our RV dealer had one in stock. We purchased it over the phone, then they picked it up from the dealer and installed it early afternoon. We were able to leave later that afternoon. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and quick with labor. We will use them again.
