Brandon George

Brandon Saved our Vacation!

On the third night of our post-Holiday get-a-way, we slowly lost power in our travel trailer; no lights, no heat, no refrigerator or microwave...no power. The RV park owner came and checked their side of our electrical hookup - all good - and together we investigated the breaker box. Things were a-sparking! Thinking the issue might require a visit to the dealership for repair, we partially packed up in anticipation of returning home the next morning. Then we called Brandon. "I will be there first thing in the morning." And he was, and within 10 minutes determined that our electrical surge protector had failed. Thank goodness we had another in reserve! Our vacation was on once again! Brandon was professional, kind and respectful, and communicated clearly via text, phone, and in person. He shared helpful information without being patronizing and was warm and personable. He clearly manages his business from a ethic of service and his fee was quite reasonable. We asked for several additional business cards to share with friends in the RV community. Thank you Brandon!
