Misty was awesome! She made an extra early stop to help us out on her way to another job. She was able to get out a/c up and running in no time. Also included some helpful hints when cleaning and running it.

Our 13 year old Dometic A/C died. Right before a 3 week, 4000 miles trip to Yellowstone! Called Adam, and he was over here in less than an hour. The circuit board needed would be 4-5 days before he would get it; we needed to be GONE in two days! Not Good! During our discussions, Adam mentioned a new brand of RV A/C unfamiliar to me; Furrion. He said it was all the rage; super quiet, super efficient, and 30% better cooling power than the old Dometic. And, he could get it in two days. We said "Make It So!". Two days later, that Furrion was installed and WOW you can hardly hear it running! But, it couldn't tie in to our existing RV heater, so he came up with this plan: He is friends with a fellow RV repairman in the town several hundred miles from here where we would be staying. While we were at the graduation, his friend tried, but was unsuccessful at making the A/C and heater work from the same thermostat. BUT, working with Adam, he came up with a stop-gap solution: he put on a separate thermostat for the heater alone, so we had controls for the A/C and a separate control for the heater. Then, the next day, we were off to Yellowstone and had zero problems with the new Furrion A/C and the old heater. Moving forward to three weeks after we returned. The RV was here at the house and Adam came over to install the Furrion thermostat which would combine the A/C and old heater, seamlessly into a new state-of-the-art Furrion thermostat. But, there were problems; the four wires in our RV were not enough for the 5 wires needed for the new install. But Adam and his assistant, Misty, came through. They spent over 8 hours fixing the issue, the new thermostat is BEAUTIFUL (my Wife's words!) and we are so happy with the whole project!. Adam and Misty, are TOP-NOTCH. One more thing; Misty COMPLETELY re-caulked all the roof-mounted duct, skylights, etc. when they were here. WOW! ACTIONS really do speak louder than words, and Riparian RV PROVED IT!!! Super Highly Recommended!!!

Misty was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Response time was quick and she kept me informed of what she was doing the whole time and provided pictures. I would not hesitate to use Riparian RV service again and would highly recommend them.

It’s a good feeling to work with someone who is honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. It was easy to book an appointment online and I was promptly called back to set up the time and date. Adam quickly found the problem with my water heating system (2 other people didn’t) and repaired it the same evening. He enjoys educating RV clients about the operating systems so that simple issues don’t become major issues. The charges are also very reasonable. I wish I had called Riparian RV for the previous repairs. He is already scheduled to do another one 😊
