John provided excellent service! We took our trailer out of storage and went straight camping. Probably a mistake. When we hooked up our water, the water heater was leaking. I submitted the form on the Ridgeback website and John called me. I sent him a recording of the leak. He came to South Lake Tahoe to repair the issue. Unfortunately, once the problem part was replaced, there was a leak in a separate place. This was 100% our fault because we didn't winterize the way we should have, so replacing the whole unit was probably necessary anyway. John ordered our replacement Girard unit and installed it. He was extremely thorough, testing for gas leaks, the water, etc. We tested together as well. He also provided some advice on water pressure and even a quick tutorial on using the water heater. Thanks for the excellent and quick service, along with the tips, John!

John is super knowledgable about all things RV-related. He's also extremely honest, reliable and very fair. He fixed an electrical issue I had that would've caused me to give up hours earlier had I tried to fix it myself. Would highly recommend.

John truly is a quality person and knows RV's. We had a awning issue and he listened and diagnosed accurately what needed to be replaced on our old RV. Made an appointment, met up with us, was prompt, professional and fixed our problem in a timely manner. Service like this is hard to find these days. Thanks John. John was very thorough and showed me in detail the trailer’s needs and costs to repair. He is a good communicator letting you know when he’ll arrive to do the job and follow through to completion. He does an excellent job!

John did an excellent job fixing my fifth wheel refrigerator. He was professional, on time, and his pricing was very fair. He took the time to answer all my questions and even walked me through a few things I can do myself to save money. The repair ended up being a process, but he kept in great communication and worked through it with me until everything was fully up and running. I highly recommend him!
