Responsive and Professional

We were encountering and stopped at an RV park for a dump and to do laundry. We attempted to open our kitchen slide (41’ 2015 Montana 5th wheel) to access the refrigerator and it wouldn’t extend. Park management provided us with 3 RV techs serving this location and Troy was able to fit us in by noon the next day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made temporary repairs (reattached the pulley bracket) and explained to my husband how to perform a more permanent solution. He could have done more himself, but worked with us to make it as inexpensive as possible. We recommend him.

Highly recommend

Troy came to our campsite the morning we called for help. Our A/C unit in our travel trailer was making loud whistling sounds. He was extremely knowledgeable and had it repaired within the hour. The cost was very reasonable. We found him very honest, helpful, and informative. Just wish we could pack him up and take him with us on our travels.

Older travel trailer, shore plug in trips. No power from batteries.

Called Troy, he came out early the next day. Much trouble shooting and he found the problem. He located the part for me online. I ordered it, received it yesterday. Got everything up and running. He is my savior. Thank you Troy.
