My wife and I are now full-time RVers and, before that, we were weekend RVers for 6 years, so we understand the frustration and heartache when something breaks or stops working properly. That frustration and heartache is part of why I became a Certified RV Technician. The other reason is because it allows me to help and serve other people. Now I possess the necessary knowledge and skills to perform vital repairs as well as everyday and periodic maintenance. Nothing ruins a weekend trip or long adventure like something breaking. No Hot Water
Contacted RV Help when we lost hot water Tim was my choice to call..He returned texts with me an we were able to trouble shoot this minor issue… shower control head left on a the button was used to shut it off. 🤷♂️

Professional and Thourough Repair
The Schwintek mechanism on one of my slides failed and the slide wouldn't go in or out. The Schwintek mechanism was under a recall (Lippert is recalling all of the inverted Schwinteks). Tim worked with Lippert to procure a replacement Schwintek mechanism. The parts arrived much quicker than expected because Tim kept following up with Lippert until they shipped out the parts. Tim then promptly replaced the broken, recalled, original Schwintek with the new mechanism. Replacing the Schwintek wasn't an easy task as the bottom of the slide was 74" in the air. The slide now moves in and out smoother than when it was brand new. I would say Tim's repair job left the slide in better condition than when it came out of the factory. Tim was very meticulous with the installation making sure several times that the tolerance for the installation was not only in spec, but dead on to what it's supposed to be. I couldn't be happier with Tim's work and highly recommend him to anyone who needs help/repair with their RV.

Smooth Install
Had a recall on the RV and Tim came out as soon as he had the parts from the manufacturer. Great attitude and willing to help; he interpreted the instructions and meticulously labeled every wire before removing the old item. Fantastic experience and would hire again.
