There wasn’t any heat, blower motor or hot water

They communicated well. Couldn’t figure out the problem on the first service call but did some research with Truma and we’re back out within a few days and got the problem resolved

Great service , good price points. Friendly knowledgeable staff rectified the issues I had. I had another job priced that will be completed next month on my return to the Carthage site I’m visiting. I’d highly recommend Rau’s services.

What a great app and Repair person in Brian Rau. I was sure I had a construction problem that could never be fixed on the road. My back slider door would not move and the ceiling looked like it was not attached to the door. It was a first trip in a new to me Rv but its my 5th RV. in the past finding a good mobile repair person while traveling was very frustrating. Thank you Brian for quick fixes on my list and great explanations and advice.

Brian has been troubleshooting and repairing both of our RV’s. He is by far the most professional, trustworthy and competent RV tech we have dealt with over the past 15 years of owning several RV’s. At times it can be challenging when diagnosing the problem, but Brian sticks with it until the problem is resolved completely. If needed, he deals with the manufacturers and gets information that not all manufacturers are willing to share with their customers directly. He has truly been a Godsend to us, and we would highly recommend him to anyone wanting an extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and personable RV technician. David & Karen
