Couldn’t be happier!
I first found this company because they were at our RV resort helping another guest with their RV. I gave them a call after a nightmare experience with our RV after picking it up from the dealership from getting “repairs” done. The dealership had our RV for four months and barely did anything, and worse, caused actual damage to our RV. Matt from Rapid Response came to do an inspection of our RV, found way more problems than we even knew about (big ones) and even did a few quick fixes on things that were easy to repair during the inspection. Matt and his wife (who handles most communication) were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and definitely know what they are doing. They gave us helpful tips on how to properly maintain our rv as well, which is so appreciated. Now that I found them, I would never buy an RV again without having Matt inspect it before purchase. As long as I’m at a reasonable distance, their company will be the first one I call for any repairs that need to be done. I am so relieved to have found someone with such a good eye for finding issues, someone who is competent and capable of doing repairs, and someone who takes the time to listen to issues at hand and communicate thorough responses. They really made me feel taken care of and gained my trust. I highly recommend hiring Rapid Response Mobil RV repair for any RV needs.

Matt is the best

A/C repair and maintenance
Matt and Loralee arrived sooner than I would have expected and their professionalism, knowledge and advice was top notch. I would highly recommend Rapid Response RV to beginners and long time RV ers alike. My AC runs more efficiently than brand new installed. Thanks again guys 🙏🏼🇺🇸

Refrigerator and electrical issues
I cannot sing high enough praise for my Matt! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of phenomenal. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. What really stood out was his dedication—he treated my RV as if it were his own, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely comfortable before finishing the job. In a world where great service is hard to find, he absolutely knocked it out of the park. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
