Excellent Choice - Reliable, Resourceful & Reasonable
I wrote this review for you - I couldn’t find where to post it. We drive back and forth to the Baja of Mexico every year - that’s minimum of 4,000 miles round trip a year in our RV. The roads in Mexico put a lot of stress on the vehicle and we travel with 5 dogs and 3 cats and 3 people. So you know, stuff breaks. We feel lucky to have found Roaming Buffalo RV Services after multiple headaches with the dealers repair shops - I’ll spare you the details. In contrast, Randy is reliable, resourceful, and ready to help with anything we need for our RV - repairs or upgrades. He shows up when he says he will and communicates the plan clearly before executing. It’s like night and day compared to Camping World or the guys who give Lazy a new meaning at Lazydays. So don’t waste your time at the dealer if you need help with your RV - call Randy! He will get the job done right. Excellent Work on New Slide Topper and Air Conditioner Replacement
We needed a slide topper installed on our Solitude and our bedroom air conditioner failed. Randy did an excellent job of installing the slide topper on our rig. Let’s just say that anytime a technician is concerned about being a 1/16” off center on the slide topper mount, you have the right person working on your rig! The air conditioner was pretty straight forward, it died and needed to be replaced. Randy ordered it, and arrived at the agreed upon time to install it. The install only took 3 hours, including swapping out our Coleman soft start. If you need a mobile tech that will do a fantastic job, Randy is the guy you need!

Coach Battery issues
Couldn't be more pleased with Randy. I had been experiencing coach battery storage issue. Twice a Longmont RV service center told me everything was fine, that I just needed better batteries. But the batteries were brand new? I was only getting 3 hours of usage before the low battery alarm came on. Randy listened to me problem, did some prelim investigations. Then left and researched my RV model and the issue. He had me try a few things before correctly diagnosing the issue, obtaining the required parts, and successfully installing the new equipment. Problem solved. He was extremely patient and explained everything and was willing to share his expertise and answer all questions. I already have him working on my next issue

Excellent experience with plumbing repair
We contacted Randy to repair a cracked drain tube (flexible hose) from our truck camper kitchen sink to the grey tank. Of course, it split in a spot that was very hard to access. Randy was very prompt responding to our inquiry and then flexible as we juggled our schedules. We met 8am where we store the camper and Randy was personable, professional, and great to talk to about RVs and our specific problem. He looked at the issue and thought he could created a patch because getting back to the grey tank was going to be very hard. He went off to get specific fittings for the hose sizes while I went on a work call. By the time I was done, he was done. He showed me the repair - really well done. He cleaned up the area where he was working and we tested everything again, yes perfect. We could not be happier with Randy's work, expertise, flexibility, and professionalism. We will be happy to call him again and recommend him highly to anyone in the are.
