Courteous, Professional, and Prompt!!

We very rarely leave reviews, however, Jim at Rainbow RV is most deserving of one! Our first RV had some issues, so we reached out to Rainbow RV. Jim explained all of our options and gave us choices. He was very professional and prompt. If we have any other issues, we will be using Rainbow RV again and we will be telling other RVer's to do the same!

Jim came to my campsite within the hour! He fixed the problem and came back the next day and installed a part he had to get. I can not say enough about how fair and Christian he is. I highly recommend him.

They came out and worked on my rv while I was at work and got everything working perfectly. They had called me and explained everything perfectly to me so I knew the issue. Extremely nice and helpful!
