Since Pro RVI was established in 2016, Robert has performed HUNDREDS of pre & post-purchase inspections, as well as repair verification inspections all over the Midwest and beyond! Inspections are performed on both new and used units, on RVs being sold privately, through dealers, and at RV manufacturing facilities.

Professional RV Inspections, LLC (Pro RVI) owner/inspector Robert Wilhelm is certified by the NRVIA (National Recreational Vehicle Inspectors Association) as a ‘MASTER CERTIFIED’ RV inspector, as well as an RVDA/RVIA (now RVTI) Registered RV Technician.  ‘MASTER CERTIFIED’ RV Inspector is the HIGHEST level of certification the NRVIA offers!

Robert was named the NRVIA’s Member of the Month for June 2017 and is a proud recipient of the NRVIA’s 2017 “SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARD”. Robert was also a member of the inspection team working for FEMA in 2018 to inspect trailers for those affected by Hurricane Florence in North Carolina. At Professional RV Inspections, our mission is simple; to educate and inform RV buyers, sellers, lenders, current owners, insurance, and extended warranty companies on the condition of the RV they have an interest in with an in-depth, independent, 3rd party inspection followed by a detailed report, with photos, showing potential issues or hazardous conditions.

Professional RV Inspections, LLC is based in Algonquin, IL, and is owned and managed by Robert and Donna Wilhelm. Both are avid RVers, owning and maintaining several units over the last 25-plus years.
