Amazing experience

I found Mike on Google, and I am so glad I did. Besides that I can now buy the RV with confidence, the whole experience was just beyond any expectations. Mike is friendly, extremely patient, beyond belief detailed, very responsive and communicative, and of course an expert in what he does. Before you buy an RV, call Mike, you will be so glad you did.

Mike is excellent. Top Shelf RV tech.

Mike is very professional and knows is stuff. I was very happy with his service.

Robin and I would like to express our sincere thanks to Mike for providing the crucial information we had been seeking. He did an outstanding job reviewing our new Brinkley Z3400. We were truly impressed when we received the comprehensive 255-page report, which was both detailed and thorough. While he didn’t find many issues with the Brinkley, the few he did identify could have led to significant problems when we started our adventures in the spring. The report gave us the leverage we needed to get those issues addressed before finalizing the deal. Initially, I wasn’t entirely certain about investing in a third-party inspection, but we’re so glad we made that decision. Mike was extremely professional, but what stood out even more was his personable approach. He listened to our concerns, took the time to explain the process and the findings in detail, and made it easy for us to forward the report to our dealer. I would consider Mike a true class act and highly recommend him to others. Thanks again, Mike!

Purchasing our new to us Tiffin Phaeton 44OH motorhome would not have been possible without the incredibly thorough inspection by Mike. The entire process from initially reaching out to Mike, setting up the appointment, and his detailed inspection process was nothing short of seamlessly perfect. This was the first time that I engaged a third party professional inspection service and could not have been happier. Mike is a true professional that takes a great pride in his craft and treats every inspection like he is inspecting his own RV. My advice to anyone thinking about utilizing a certified inspection service, do not hesitate for a moment and reach out to Mike - you will not be disappointed and the end result report will be the most detailed document you will ever see. His reputation with RV dealers is welcoming and respected and goes a long way in ensuring the dealer corrects all documented items. I thank Mike for his professionalism and thoroughness - and making the whole process a breeze! Joe Morits Danbury CT

Mike was very professional and extremely thorough in the pre-purchase inspection. He discussed all his findings with us in person, then followed up via phone over the next couple days. He was able to provide DIY repair recommendations as well as a rough estimate that I could bring to the seller to negotiate. Ultimately, Mike saved me several thousands of dollars from buying an RV where a seller attempted to cover up severe water damage, wood rot, & mold. He gave me plenty of advice that I could use in my search, and it was a pleasure working with him. If I end up finding another RV in the area, I will definitely use him again! If not, I plan on using his repair services.
