Jim Ross

Amazing, very thorough . Great pricing. Great customer service

Jim and Steve were amazing resources for information as we enter the second year of having an RV. They expertly and efficiently addressed the issue that brought them for the service call. To their credit— and our appreciation — the price they billed was spot on with the estimate that they sent prior to their arrival. Another point that I really appreciated as a new RV owner is they not only fixed the problem, but they addressed every question that we had about things that we’ve experienced or predict we will experience as we head into summer. They provided us a handy refrigerator magnet and will be definitely using it if we have any issue in the future!

If you own a camper and are like me and have no idea how to fix or do just normal maintenance, you need to call Potomac Mobile RV Services. I called to have my AC units serviced and they made sure EVERYTHING was working correctly to include getting on the roof to clean the units. Jim and Steve are professional, thorough and meticulous about what they do. Please, if you need something fixed or routine maintenance call Potomac, you won’t be sorry!

Two of the best mobile rv repairmen that i have ever met. Professional, personable, knowledgeable and willing to share there incredible breath of knowledge!
