Thorough
James was very thorough and spent 8 hours going over the RV. He explained the systems and upgrades I didn't understand and was key to my decision. We have never owned a motor home, so I wanted an expert to be able to review it for any problems that I would not know to look for. The items he found helped us negotiate a better deal. The communication was great during the entire process. He was even available after the inspection to answer our questions.

James was very thorough with my RV inspection. Customer service was impeccable! He spent about 8 hours on-site with my RV and broke down everything he found via phone call. He even had my report delivered to me the same day. Highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell an RV.
