While it may sound a bit melodramatic to call Russ our "wingman," he was. Like a wingman in aviation, Russ provided my partner with support during the inspection process by coordinating maneuvers necessary to ensure we were buying a mechanically sound RV. After a year of living under seige, held captive in a defective RV by the manufacturer (that was eventually bought back from us), we were beyond terrified to trust the industry again. Russ helped us regain the confidence we needed to get back out on the road. He was patient with our questions and, most importantly, for us, willing to tailor the inspection points to cover only the things we lacked confidence in inspecting ourselves. This reduced our cost and increased our satisfaction with the process. It turned out to be a "win win" for all of us. If you're in the market to purchase a new or pre-owned RV, it is my most sincere wish you will consider adding Russ to your purchasing team. You will not regret the financial investment you'll make in his efforts. His fee was worth every penny. You really can't put a price on peace of mind.
