Pre-purchase inspection
Mechelle was kind, professional & attentive to detail. She thoroughly inspected my 43ft fifth wheel with confidence. Allowed me to rest assured I was receiving excellent service. Advised me on current condition and informed me of future maintenance. She provided an itemized list containing every component that she investigated. MeChelle was so professional the entire time she was here. She let us know when she would arrive, was on time, and worked the entire 4 hours of our inspection. We own an older pop-up camper, not something fancy or new, but never once did that deter her from giving us the honest feedback and a thorough review. We were about to tow our camper for a 10 day trip from TX to NY and she let us know some repairs that needed to be made before we left, and others that could wait until we got back. She never gave us feedback that I feel like was a sales pitch and she seemed very knowledgeable about our camper and what it would need to run best. I’m very grateful to her for being trustworthy, a rare quality. There were things we wouldn’t have known was in need of our immediate attention (tires and gas line) had we not had MeChelle come inspect for us.
