About
I started camping as a youth in a popup camper with my family, since then I have owned a popup camper, a towable Hybrid, and now a 38ft fifth wheel. I served in the Air Force as an Aircraft Electrician and Environment systems technician and retired after 20 years. After moving back home to Cleveland, Ohio, I worked in the Industrial Date coding and Labeling field for Videojet Technologies for 21 years and retired a second time. I now want to explore this country with my wife Katherine in our Fifth wheel. I became a certified RV technician thru the NRVTAA program. I want to use my experience and knowledge to help others achieve their dream of exploring this country in their RV, keeping them on the road towards their bucket list adventures.

Fast professional service
I was side swiped by a car carrier semi who took off my drivers side mirror. I called and they came out to my camp sight the next day and worked hard to put a mirror on my rig that would make it safe to drive home so i could have a formal repair there. Reasonable rates and good communication. Very happy

Awesome RV guide!
Shawn provided mobile repair service for a manufacturer's recall. Afterwards I had asked him to go through the RV systems with me. He did a superb job educating this first timer on how the different systems operated. He also ensured things worked properly and that we had no leaks. It was a pleasure to work with him and I would highly recommend him.

Main slide issue
Shawn came to our campsite in Lady Lake on a Sunday to diagnose a problem with our main slide on our 2021 Sunseeker 3010DS. The Lipert slide rail gear needs to be replaced. Shawn is helping to file a claim with our extended warranty provider to get approval to remove the slideout and affect repairs. Shawn was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend his service.
