We scheduled a same day appointment with P1D Mobile RV Tank Cleaning & Services, they were at our camper when promised. They knew what the problem was and how to fix it. They flushed both our black and grey water tanks and over the next week everything worked fine. In addition to fixing our clog, they recommended products and instructions on how to prevent clogging, and eliminating odor. Both were very professional, and we were very grateful on having them fix our camper and for the recommendations. Lastly, both were avid campers, so they knew our issues, which again was priceless. Again we would call them in a minute for our camper RV Tank Cleaning & Services. Good luck you guys!!

A Joy To Deal With!

I was having issues with the tank sensors on my 45' Class A diesel pusher. I have 1 black tank and 2 gray tanks. I have never had my tanks cleaned and was praying that was what was giving me issues. I am a full timer and out of my home area. I contacted a few rv tank cleaning "professionals" I found on the internet that was in the Rapid City area which was where I was traveling. No one contacted me back EXCEPT for Brent and Sarah which was done in 15 minutes! I explained my issues to Brent and he promptly scheduled me for the service the very next day. When the two arrived at my campsite, right on time, both Brent and Sarah conferred with me on the issues I was having. Sarah got right to work on my problem tanks. Sarah explained to me every step she was doing and even showed me all the "gunk" that was coming out of my tanks as she proceeded. Brent assisted Sarah in whatever she needed all the while holding conversation with me explaining how to properly maintain my tanks moving forward. They were happy to see that I have recently started using the Liquified RV Tank Treatment solution which is what they recommend as well. Long story short, Sarah finished the process with all my tank gauges now reading normal. I received an education and some fresh cleaned tanks from Brent and Sarah. Great job guys! If you have issues on your tanks as well, contact Brent and Sarah, you won't be sorry!
