I feel like we hit the Jackpot when we met Dennis. He was so thorough in trying to troubleshoot the problem we had with our new RV. He did not hesitate to contact the manufacturer and really explained in detail our issues. He was kind and helpful and very honest with both timeline for repair and parts needed. This was a more complex issue than we understood at the time we called him. He really invested a lot of time here figuring out how to get us working again. He is just so professional and his work ethic is genuinely outstanding. Both Dennis and his Wife are quick to communicate and very kind. Mr. And Mrs Haas are first class!! They are the true definition of old time customer service where the customer is truly valued!! Pulled into our camping space one Thursday afternoon at Defeated Creek and one of our AC units would not come on and it was 99 degrees inside. We called On the Road Again and they came out the next morning. Stephen was very very polite and knowledgeable. He had the correct diagnostic equipment and most importantly, the part that we needed to fix the AC. Great job Stephen!
