Jason & Jessica Sites Founders and Owners, On Site RV Tech Jason is the driving force behind On Site RV Tech, while Jessica is the glue that holds everything together. Together, their mission is to provide RV owners with premier mobile repair, maintenance, and inspection services, ensuring customers can fully enjoy their adventures across this beautiful and diverse country. Jason brings over 30 years of automotive expertise, with experience spanning military and commercial vehicles. His career began with a 9-month certification program at the Diesel Institute of America in 1994, where he trained as a Diesel Technician. A year later, he joined the U.S. Army and served initially as a Heavy Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic and culminating as a Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor until 2015. During his military service, Jason gained extensive knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and hydraulic and air brake systems. After his military career, Jason worked as a Journeyman Mechanic for UPS, managing a fleet of 50 Freightliner chassis package delivery vehicles, performing DOT inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to keep these vehicles on the road for nearly one million miles. He later joined Napa Transportation, where he operated a mobile service truck to repair commercial tractors and trailers on-site, tackling everything from air brake and suspension systems to electrical diagnostics and engine troubleshooting. In the spring of 2023, Jason and Jessica decided to explore the RV lifestyle themselves. Along the way, they recognized a significant need for mobile RV repair services due to long dealership wait times, which can disrupt vacations and travel plans. Understanding the value of time for couples, families, and retirees, they established On-Site Mobile RV Tech to provide fast, reliable, and high-quality repairs at customers’ locations. To further enhance their expertise, Jason trained at the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA), earning certifications as an RV Technician (RVTAA) and RV Inspector (NRVIA). This allows On-Site Mobile RV Tech to offer premium, on-location services, minimizing the hassle of traveling to dealerships and lengthy repair delays.
