Replaced Hot Water Heater
James responded promptly as soon as Keystone posted the warranty repair of our Hot Water heater that had cracked at the weld after less than 2 years. He worked directly with Keystone for approvals and communicated timely to keep us informed. Traveled to our location for inspection and completed work promptly on a holiday weekend so my family could continue with our Thanksgiving plans. Highly recommend James and will be counting on him for future needs.
