In command control panel kept freezing.
This panel controls everything in our RV. Text Old Fart & Young Chick RV Repair thru RV help & called me in less than 10 minutes, this was at 6pm on a Thursday. Came out on Friday & figured it needed a software update. He got info from manufacture and they sent update flash drive overnight to him. On Monday as he said came on time with flash drive & updated software. Works like a charm & reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

Excellent work,
Thomas and Wen do an excellent job. They installed a slide awning for us. Perfect working slide awning. They were on time, very quiet, respectful of the neighbors. Next time we need help, we will be calling them for assistance.

Fantistic service on Spyder System
I absolutely RECOMMEND Tom Snyder of Old Fart and Young Chick Mobile RV Tech. I have a 2023 Tiffin Red 360 with the SNYDER control system. I called three techs, calling closest to farthest. I explained I had a problem with the Snyder system, an offline board, and vent fan problem. The the first made an appointment and never showed up or called! The second said he would call back, I waited for OVER a week and called the third, he said he was not familiar with the system and we agreed I would find someone else. I called Tom set an appointment, he called ARRIVED on time and a bit EARLY! He checked and diagnosed the fan problem then I showed him the RATS NEST of wires in the access hole. I offered Tom a chance to walk away if he wanted no hard feelings and I would have no problem in paying his trip charge. With the Tenacity of a pit bull he dug into the system. He ordered parts for both and said he would call when he received the parts. About a week later he called to apologized for the long delay but the parts coming from Canada were not receive yet. Tom called set the next repair date and time, before arriving he called an apologized to say he would be delayed, if it was OK or should he reschedule. Tom replaced the parts everything WORKED. Tom, solved the problems, kept me informed, his price was fair and reasonable, he is a very nice gentleman. I would use him again.
