21:T56d,I absolutely RECOMMEND Tom Snyder of Old Fart and Young Chick Mobile RV Tech. I have a 2023 Tiffin Red 360 with the SNYDER control system. I called three techs, calling closest to farthest. I explained I had a problem with the Snyder system, an offline board, and vent fan problem. The the first made an appointment and never showed up or called! The second said he would call back, I waited for OVER a week and called the third, he said he was not familiar with the system and we agreed I would find someone else. I called Tom set an appointment, he called ARRIVED on time and a bit EARLY! He checked and diagnosed the fan problem then I showed him the RATS NEST of wires in the access hole. I offered Tom a chance to walk away if he wanted no hard feelings and I would have no problem in paying his trip charge. With the Tenacity of a pit bull he dug into the system. He ordered parts for both and said he would call when he received the parts. About a week later he called to apologized for
