AC issues - SHED error code

Firefly controller wax concerned the AC was drawing too many amps and would damage the electrical system. Reset the controller and that resolved the issue.

Michael restored my faith with customer service. He dealt directly with Dometic for our warranty and kept us in the loop every few days. Our A/C was installed in an hour and a half. He was friendly, professional, and showed up on time. Thank you Michael for taking care of us in such a way that's hard to come by these days!

The Ol' Goat did an excellent job and I will definitely use his services again when I'm around Vegas. We were visiting Vegas and staying in an RV park and under the gun because we were set to leave on a particular date. We had some recall work and warranty work to do on our Brinkley 5th wheel. I called Mike two weeks before we were set to depart. He immediately called Brinkley to get all the needed information and the parts. He kept us posted along the way, showed up exactly when he said he would and finished the job right on time. Don't hesitate to call Mike if you need something done on your RV!

Mike did a great job working on our Brinkley G4000 today. He performed a solar rewiring recall for us and repaired the heating pads on our couch. He was on time and very professional - we will definitely call him again for future work if we're back in the Las Vegas area.

Mike did a warranty repair on my Brinkley Z3100, this was a recall on some electrical wiring and fuses that Brinkley deemed unsafe, Mike was on time and very focused on getting the job done, everything turned out excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
