A little Disappointed

I was looking for an RV inspector that could perform an inspection in McComb, MS and found Mr Tucker online. We spoke by phone and he arranged a time and date with the RV owner. I had requested fluid analysis, but he was unable to obtain the specimen containers in time for the inspection. A storm in McComb delayed his inspection, so he did not complete it until I had already driven down from Little Rock, AR. These are the things that I found after purchasing the RV that I expected him to make me aware of. As it was, I ended up paying too much for the RV and I likely would not have bought it had he revealed these things to me prior to purchase: 1. Rodent infestation 2. Roach infestation 3. Spider infestation 4. Exploded coach battery in battery compartment. (Not current battery but one from the past) 5. He rated leveling system "good." I have had to replace a jack, 8 springs, 1 Solenoid. Total cost $2100. 6. He evaluated the emergency break-away switch as "good." Nothing was attached to it... 7. He rated back up cameras as "Excellent." Right and Left cameras very dark, hard to use. 8. Propane supply line ruptured on first trip. Dry rotted. 9. He rated the water heater as :good." I had to replace the anode rod, electric heating element, and flush the water tank. 10. He was unable to locate the expiration date on the CO2 monitor. IT was on the back. 11. Microwave was so dirty it was unusable. Had to replace. The mounting bracket was loose from the wall. 12. He rated the cleanliness of the AC coils as "Excellent." They were so dirty that they had low performance. 13. He marked the in-house vacuum system as "Not Applicable." It was A large red cannister labeled "RED DEVIL." in the underbelly. 14. He marked "all" TVs as "Good." Outside TV not working. 15. He marked Tub/Shower Enclosure as "Excellent." I had to completely disassemble the entire enclosure to clean all the black mold. This was my first RV purchase and first RV inspection.
