Responsive Technician!

After purchasing our new-to-us, very old RV, Bill was very helpful in getting a few things done that I was not confident in handling myself. He replaced a few marker lights on the over-cab and at the rear of the coach with broken connections and replaced the water pump, which kept cycling. Although I could have changed out the pressure relief valve and drain plug, Bill did this efficiently, and the pump and heater worked great on our first trip! Bill was very responsive to my questions before and after his visit, and while he was here, he suggested helpful items to purchase (5 of 6 are perfect) and shared information on how to maintain the chassis battery.

Great experience with Bill

We couldn’t get our Onan generator on our 2012 Forest River Forester to run for more than a few minutes. Despite checking and performing the simple things on a generator, it kept sputtering and dying. Bill quickly determined it was a fuel pump problem and promptly reported his findings to us, ordered the part and had it replaced and working again with little delay. Bill is great to work with! His communication is quick and he kept us informed of all that was happening on a regular basis. We didn’t have to bug him for anything! Personable and kind. His price was fair too. Would recommend for those in his area!

Coachman Leprechaun owner had slide issue. Bill was great at trouble shooting and getting us fixed and back on the road.

We were traveling through OH from IN and had an issue with our steps. Bill was ready to help us and the more we talked to him, he helped us realize it was only a battery issue. We never met him in person, but our conversation with him and his willingness to help us saved us time and money. He didn’t charge us for his time, he was just helping us get the problem solved. He knows his stuff!
