Thorough inspection with amazing service. Steve helped us by inspecting a used RV we wanted to purchase. It really gave us the confidence that we were making a good decision and he also gave us a list of things to watch out for and overview of maintenance and how all the systems work. He was super responsive and actually did our inspection on a weekend for us. We couldn't be happier with this service.

In the purchasing process of a class A from out of state, Northwest RV Inspections stepped in to be the physical presence to ensure the coach met industry standards. From initial discussions, through the actual inspection and the final report, Steve met every need and expectation I had.

Steve took my first phone call standing on the side of a ski mountain during the holidays! He was able to do a full and thorough inspection of a used RV for me when we were buying over the phone and hadn’t been able to see the rig in person. His report was easy to understand, used a report card technique, and provided many more photos than the RV Trader listing had. Based on this, we feel confident in our purchase. No wonder he has a 5 star rating. Steve was very friendly, super professional and his saying “I am here for you” is definitely something he takes to heart. This was shown a couple of times in dealings with the dealership. One example is the dealer wanted to change the first inspection date that was agreed upon and although Steve had plans, he rescheduled inspection to the dealerships requested date. His responses to our inquiries were very timely also. Thanks for a great experience Steve.

Steve was great to work with. He managed to get us in on pretty short notice. He did a great job and managed to find a rather concerning issue the dealership wasn't willing to address which ultimately saved us a lot of time and stress later down the road. His communication was great throughout and the report at the end was very detailed. Definitely worth the money.
