Certified, Licensed & Insured. Northstar Mobile RV Services specializes in onsite RV repair and maintenance. We service your RV at your home, campground, or storage unit, wherever you may roam! We can work with the RV Manufacturer Warranty and Extended Warranty Companies to get your issue resolved quickly and efficiently.
Randy has years of experience with trouble shooting and repairing complex electrical and mechanical systems from his 10 years serving in the US Navy Submarine Service to his work as an Installation and Customer Acceptance Engineer on semi-conductor inspection equipment around the world for KLA Corporation. Our customers leave amazing reviews because Randy has a keen eye for detail and great problem-solving skills. Randy will do his best to determine the root cause of the problem and correct the situation, not just throw parts at the problem and hope for a good outcome.
Our goal is to not only correct the issue and prevent new problems from occurring, but to educate you about your RV and provide you will all options for resolving the issue. We provide every customer with a detailed digital invoice detailing all steps performed to resolve the issue, so you have documentation of the work done for your RV’s maintenance records. Randy was awesome! Not only was he a quick responder, he was kind and caring and never made us feel like an imposition. He was willing to go the extra mile to get to us quickly on the weekend of the 4th of July. He wanted to get to the root of the problem and not just put a “band aid” on it. We truly appreciate his good communication and excellent customer service. Being away from home, you never know what you’re going to get. We’d recommend Randy to anyone!

We thought our RV had a serious issue. Randy was camped in the same campground and came right over to help. He's very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. Thankfully, it was something he could resolve quickly and he even took time to explain some other important information about our rig. He's an honest Christian guy, certified and well-informed.

Well, he came to the camper half actually almost 2 hours early, he got done. So it came early, he was prom courteous kind. He was amazing I didn't say anything about my air conditioner, but he fixed their awning and got it to work and I told him about the air conditioner and he had the park motherboard and he fixed that I will give him Five stars , if I could give 'em ten stars , I would do that.

I contacted Randy at Northstar on the recommendation of a good friend and fellow RV’r, based on their experience with his services. Randy came to the Campground and quickly repaired an issue I was having with my refrigerator. Based on that experience, I had him come back a couple of days later and not only service my two AC units, but install soft-start on both of them. I highly recommend Randy-Northstar as a mobile RV technician. Randy is very personable and professional. I am very happy with his expertise and pricing for his services.
