Hi there, my name is Tom and my wife and I have been full time RVERS for several years now. We grew up in the UP of Michigan, lived in Oregon for 14 years and love to travel. We’ve been to all 50 states and enjoy where our RV takes us. We are here to help you with your RV service needs. I am a Lippert Technician and I also work on solar and generator systems.

The Best
Thank you for the super fast rescue on our broken water valve. We called 3 RV repair businesses, and while I was planning in my head how to deal without running water in our RV for the evening. . . You called back and came right over! And of course, had a solution for our problem. We appreciate you so much!

Firefly Malfunction
We had spent a day on a tour in Valdez, AK and got back to the campground to discover that both our Firefly displays were black. I looked online for mobile RV techs in Valdez and found Tom. He was up front about his lack of experience repairing Fireflys but was willing to take a look the next morning. Turned out he was on my campground! He came and after about an hour he found a connection that was loose (I think we can blame our trip to Prudhoe Bay for that! )Since he was a matter of feet away from us he didn’t charge us a trip charge, for which we were grateful! If you’re in his area and need RV help, give him a call. ( I gave him 5 stars for expertise since he was up front with us about his Firefly experience)

Great service experience with Tom
Never fun having RV issues on the road! Our generator mysteriously started on its own after a few days of driving in rainstorms. Had to disconnect fuse to get it to stop. Contacted Tom as we were heading to Valdez and he came out the day we arrived. Diagnosed the issue as a bad circuit board and was able to find a new one and order it for us. Came out again after the circuit board arrived and got the generator working. Big save for us as we planned on doing a few days of boondocking in Alaska. Very responsive, explained issues and made suggestions to (hopefully) avoid problem again. Definitely recommend Tom if you need help with your RV.

I had a great experience with Tom
My furnace went out on a Saturday morning. Tom told me he was helping a friend until 6pm. He called at 6 and asked if I still needed help. Long story short, he came out and had to completely pull the furnace to replace a control board. He got the job done. He was pleasant to talk to and professional in his work. I couldn’t ask for more and was very pleased.
