Highly recommend! Not many RV techs know about Alde heating systems but Steven at North Forest RV Repair did thank goodness! He fixed ours and showed us how to troubleshoot future problems. He showed up on time and answered all of our questions patiently and knowledgeably (we’re newbies). Thank you, North Forest RV Repair!

I cannot say enough good things about Steven and his work. We had a blow out on our back rear camper tire recently. Amazingly, part of the the outside tread hung onto the wheel and punctured the floor of the camper and somehow grabbed all of the wires coming out of the fuse panel and proceeded to wrap them around the axle about 10 times. Every single light and piece of electronic equipment (slide, TV, microwave, refrigerator, brakes) in the camper was dead. I thought we were going to have to have it taken to a far off dealer somewhere and I was not sure they could even fix it. I have worked with Steven before but I thought it was certainly too much for a mobile RV repair person. But, Steven fixed it all. You can not even tell it happened. Even the hole in the floor is not noticeable. He came when he said he was going to and finished in a day and a half and for a very reasonable price. I am so glad to have it fixed and very grateful to him for doing it.

Very Knowledgeable, especial with slide issues. Very, very well priced, outstanding and fast work. Will definitely use again, its rare to find a tech of this caliber. Must use if in this area...Thanks Stephen!!

Stephen was absolutely a life saver! We were in the process of selling our RV and our AC unit went out on us last minute! Stephen was able to get expedited shipping and install it within 3 days and on top of that, even REMINDED us to try to get it covered under warranty! He worked with them and saved us almost $2k!! Then, we had a last minute issue pop up with the water heater and he was able to give us advice to fix it quickly and affordably without coming back out. So thankful for a great tech in the area who is reliable, available, and affordable.

Stephen is an amazing and knowledgeable RV tech. We had an awning that failed to roll in/out. Stephen responded quickly to our text and showed up within a few hours. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly without trying to convince us we needed an expensive motor replacement. Once our issue was fixed he spent the remainder of his one hour service call addressing any other concerns we had about our RV. What a great way to do business!!!!
