Our home is in Perry, Florida, where Ninja RV Services brings Mobile RV service to you, so you don't have to drop your rig and wait weeks or months before it comes back 'home'.
We know well there are times, you have to fix things just to get home. We are full-time RV'ers and know what it feels like when things stop working and you don't want to 'move out' to get it fixed.
Ninja RV prioritizes "critical needs" with faster response times. So "can't travel", refrigerators, water heaters, Air Conditioners, and water leaks get priority service. (And furnaces in the winter, but we are in Florida.)

Doug is a Godsend! Such a blessing!
Not for the first time, Doug has saved us aggravation and hassle! Our trip would have been quite miserable without him! We have our motorhome in Perry and come as often as we can. Our last visit was the first since the cold winter and it seems our bathroom faucet didn't make it. We called him and Doug was ready to head over to help us. Since it was Father's Day, we didn't want to take him away from family, we had plenty of bottled water to make it through the night. Doug showed up first thing the next morning to ensure we had water. He had a new faucet with him and inspected a few other items. He always happily answers questions and advises us so we are able to do repairs or preventive maintenance ourselves. For the service he provides, promptness, attention to detail, and results, we find his prices to be quite reasonable.

Interesting rating. Quickly arrived at RV to address the issues. Had to wait a LONG time for manufacturer to send a new furnace, then installed the same night it arrived. (If authorized, I could have had a furnace and replaced it within a week.)

Doug is a lifesaver!
While traveling through Perry, FL, in February 2025 we discovered that our light connector to our camper had come undone from our vehicle and had been dragging on the highway and was destroyed. We purchased a new one but could not figure out how to get it wired in. We tried several shops, but since it was a Saturday afternoon, everything was closed. We continued down the road to try to get to our next campsite before dark, and my wife was Googling mobile RV service and we found Doug. We called him and explained our problem. He told us to pull off the highway and send him our location, which we did. Within a few minutes he was there, and went to work to rewire our light connector. Doug was very personable and worked diligently to get the issue fixed so we could get back on the road. Thank you so much, Doug!

He saved our vacation!
During our trip around Florida, we had a problem with our batteries (chassis battery and house battery), as they weren't charging properly. We had already visited workshops, but no one could truly assist us or find the cause of the problem. We received Douglas' phone number from our campsite. After contacting him, he arrived punctually at the agreed time and immediately took care of our problem. In no time, he found and solved the complex cause of the issue. He explained every step of the process clearly and in detail. Douglas is incredibly friendly, helpful, and did an excellent job. We can recommend him 100%. He saved our vacation!
