I can’t say enough good things about this crew. My awning had come loose and was hanging halfway off the side of my fifth wheel — total mess, completely immobilized me. My Guy Mobile RV showed up fast and made what looked like a major job seem effortless. This guy’s tool truck had more Milwaukee gear than a Mac Tools truck has wrenches — no fumbling around or digging through a pile of tools in a rusty pickup. Everything was organized, clean, and professional. He worked like someone who’s done it a thousand times. I’ve been in service and an electromechanical engineering field for over 30 years, and I don’t hand out compliments lightly. This was professionalism, precision, and perfection in one visit. The price? More than fair — honestly, it felt like I got high-end service at small-town rates. I am extremely satisfied with My Guy RV Repair. My first experience with My Guy was for the replacement of a broken electric RV awning. The parts were not available at the local warehouse so they needed to be ordered and built directly through the manufacturer. Don handled the ordering, follow up, and installation of the awning at a reasonable time line. His work ethics and professionalism are admirable and should be the standard to follow by all technicians in the RV repair industry. I contacted Don a second time. This time for an issue with my RV AC unit. Don resolved the issue expeditiously and at a most affordable price! Thank you Don! I highly recommend MyGuy for all your RV repairs. I arranged to have Don come to my RV in Jacksonville and work on 2 slide-out awnings on my 43' motorhome. One needed to be replaced, the other adjusted. I would have done this work myself, but the 30' full wall slide requires 3 people to handle. He showed up at the time we'd agreed upon and got right to work. It was obvious that he and his assitant knew what they were doing. I am very familiar with most typical repairs on my MH, and it was obvious that Don knew his business. They got the job done in quick time. His rates are actually quite low for his abilities. I can unequivocally recommend him for whatever RV repair work can be done through a mobile service. Probably the best service experience I've had in 9 years, whether mobile or in-shop.

Hired this company to fix the hydraulic system because the slides won't stay in. He didn't even put the dye in the lines to see if there was a leak and the problem was not fixed. This team can only handle simple repairs. Do not hire them for anything complicated. They do not know how to fix it. He even called the manufacturer for advice and still couldn't fix it. Id give them a zero if I could. I want to add that they did do all the work stated in his reply and I was unaware that my partner told him to put it back together. Thanks for assuming the worst.....
