Do not recommend - New unit to in service after a week of ownership.
Purchased his most expensive package to inspect a brand new 80K fifth wheel. Unfortunately Mike missed many items, such as all four valve pulls being so tight that it was sheering the metal when trying to engage. and the front gray tank valve not opening fully and causing issues. He did not check this as it had the water that he ran in the unit in the tanks at pick up. Missed various cosmetic issues such as a scratched door, buttons missing on the trim pieces on the door. Loose trim on the back door. There was a trim piece on the slide that was installed about 2 inches too low and cause an almost 2 foot rip in the flooring. When I emailed him about the issues, he asked if the dealership identified what caused the issues. Yes, they did. It was factory defects that should have been caught, not only during PDI but during a very expensive inspection. I would strongly encourage that if you are looking for an inspector, that you look elsewhere.

Once the inspector leaves a dealership, that RV is out of their control in regards to any issues (or damages) that may occur. This inspection identified three issues that would have required a technician to enter the RV for repair. The sllideouts and the valves would also be inspected during the dealership’s PDI. This dealership performs a thorough walk through when customers take delivery. The tank valve functions would probably not be demonstrated, but the slideouts would have.

Mike performed an inspection on this motor home that I was considering for purchase. He was very thorough and professional, and kept me updated through the entire process. 2022 Jayco Seneca -pre delivery inspection
Mike Ragan was very thorough and professional in providing us with a pre delivery inspection. His inspection and report highlighted several items that we were unaware of that were made right by the Seller, T and S RV Sales prior to us accepting delivery.
