PreInspection Purchase
5 star review and appreciation for Rodney! I know absolutely nothing about RV'ing but decided to buy one to live in and save money during my work assignments as a travel nurse. I found a beautiful one year old Class A to start my RV life in. Of course I don't trust dealerships. After they told me that the rig passed a Maryland State Inspection, of which their service manager was the inspector, I definitely 100% wanted to have a new/fresh set of eyes. Rodney had no skin in the game and gave me what I felt was a thorough, reasonably priced, and poignant inspection to highlight potential issues should I purchase. I feel more confident after this inspection because he was personable and talk to me, taking the time to answer any/all questions and pointing out things that I didn't even, nor would have ever noticed. The most important factor was that he educated me on the processes and took timento make things make sense for me. I will certainly vouch for and stand by his quality of work! -KB

Great Service
We encountered our first problem with our recently purchased 2022 Entegra Emblem 36T RV. As we had little knowledge regarding who to contact in an effort to repair our RV, we utilized RVHELP, the same site we utilized to identify an RV inspector. Our issue related to an electrical problem and occurred just before the July 4th holiday. I reached out to several technicians, believing no one would respond till after the holiday. I was wrong, as Rodney Dilts emailed me shortly after I sent him a request. He identified several potential steps I could take in an effort to resolve the issue and walked me thru them. I completed all the steps and the problem still continued. When I informed Rodney, he scheduled a time to come out and trouble shoot the electrical system to identify the problem. Rodney was on time, very polite and was able to quickly test and evaluate what the problem was. I was able to order the part and notified Rodney when the item was to arrive. Rodney advised he would arrange his schedule to install the part, which he did. Once installed, Rodney inspected all the systems and verified they were working. I was so relieved to have the issue resolved as we were due to leave on a trip the following week. This was a GREAT experience with Rodney, especially after reading the numerous horror stories of others and their experiences with RV repair technicians. I would highly recommend Mr. Dilts for your RV repairs. His knowledge, professional demeanor, can do attitude and willingness to assist make him my choice for any future repairs I may need.

Coming from New Jersey, I called Mr. Dilts to aquire a last minute inspection of a 2019 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, class A diesel pusher. He arrive on time, well equipped to perform the task at hand. Extremely professional, very thorough, extremely patient in explaining the RV's good and bad. From top to bottom. Working in a systematic methodical manner. I will definitely use his services if needed. 5 stars.
