Mark is OUTSTANDING!
We recently had Mark Fazioli come out to repair the slide on our 2020 Lance 2185. Being an inspector and a repair tech with multiple certifications; Lippert and Schwintek among them, we knew we were in good hands. Mark quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and got our slide working smoothly in under 20 minutes! He went over the issue, patiently answered all of our questions, and cautioned us not to use a spray lubricant on the track as advised by our previous inspector. He even installed a carbon monoxide detector which we purchased months ago and hadn't got around to putting in. Good thing as it needed a new fuse! We highly recommend Mark for anything RV related; inspections and repairs and advise. GREAT guy with LOTS of know how and experience. The ONLY inspector/tech will be using from now on. :o)

Mark is absolutely the best. He got us out of a stinky water issue. Also as he was inspecting the rv we bought , he noticed a few things that needed to be replaced. Refrigerator and light are working again.
Shout out to Mark owner of MP RVPROS! Not only did he repair our fridge at our site but he also explained how it actually works! Who knew that if the power went out it would run on gas! While there Mark also fixed a light that shorted out due to a leak. I can't wait until we open in Spring, we already have an appointment for a full inspection and to understand how everything works. Much as we love them I'd rather learn how things work than call them to fix what doesn’t! Thanks again!!
