Dan Binder and his wife Julie live in Bigfork, Montana. Dan and Julie have 5 dogs, 3 adult sons, & 6 grandsons. Together, they have personally owned 21 RV's over the course of 39 years. Dan is very acquainted with the ins & outs of RV issues and is a graduate of the National RV Training Academy as an advanced Certified Technician and is a member of the RV Technicians Association. Dan has spent his career in the construction industry as a General Contractor, Certified Building Inspector and business owner.

Water Heater Problem
The original water heater kept producing E6, E5, E3, E8 and Fd. This problem started after the unit was barely in my possession for a month. After months of dealing with an RV with no hot water I now have a new water heater that is doing the very same thing. Am I happy? Absolutely not. Would i recommend a Keystone product to others? Absolutely not.

Furrion 12 volt fridge problems
Dan helped diagnose the issue with my Furrion fridge not working. He completed the required forms and Lippert approved a replacement. Thanks Dan

Warranty repair radio malfunctioning
Very timely warranty response from manufacturer. Mobile service tech was very courteous, timely, professional and knowledgeable! Radio problem was analyzed quickly and solution was to rewire directly from auto battery rather than battery in camper. Camper battery has also been drained quickly requiring charging daily. When parked and camper not in use battery would loose power? Hopefully this electrical draw was due to radio miswiring? I will be able to check this out on my next camping adventure. Radio warranty, 1 year, should begin again with the new radio now installed.

Hydraulic repair
Daniel is a life saver. We were camped in St. Mary, Mt. far from any RV repair facilities and had a catastrophic hydraulic system failure. Daniel stepped up and replaced our ruptured hydraulic lines with better than OEM parts. He salvaged our Glacier National Park vacation and allowed us to get back on the road. We highly recommend Daniel for RV repairs in the Glacier National Park area. June & Dan Drew
