20:T463,Steve was extremely communicative and attentive. I consider myself an RV beginner, have only had our travel trailer for a year and have about 5 trips under our belt. We booked him for our first maintenance and safety inspection along with needed repairs found in the process. Because I like to learn about these things, i asked Steve if I could shadow him while he worked around the RV and he agreed. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything in basic terms I could understand which made me feel super comfortable knowing he was not going to take advantage of my ignorance to get more money out of me (that’s big for me). We found some major issues that needed repairs (breaks and AC needed replacement) and he walked me through the process to get my warranty service done. Unfortunately, the rig ended up having to go back to the dealership because of some warranty regulations but Steve helped clearly understand it all
