I contacted Steve on July 3rd about a pre-purchase inspection. He took the time to answer my questions and even agreed to come out on the 4th to take a look at the rig. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, he's funny and kind. He found things on the coach in need of repair that I likely would have missed and gave me a realistic picture of what it would take to fix it. I can't say enough nice things about, Steve. If you need an RV inspected or repaired, he's your guy.

We hired Steve to do an inspection of an RV we were thinking of buying. He had to travel a significant distance and did charge a travel fee, but it was quite reasonable considering the distance. The way he works is you pay the deposit (and in our case the travel fee), and he inspects the roof and exterior and then talks with the buyer about any significant issues. If they decide it’s not worth buying, he stops there…no further cost. That’s what happened in our case. We thought the RV looked solid, but Steve provided valuable insight into some issues that were “deal breakers” for us. Glad we had Steve’s expertise before spending a lot of money on this RV!

Excellent detailed report. I was most impressed with his help,tips& advice. Both before and after inspection. His guidance was essential with upgraded the solar before our purchase was complete. This ensured the dealership ordered all the right parts. I couldn’t of found a more helpful authentic inspector. I know i can call if i need any more help. To me this is the best style of customer service

AC Replacement made ASAP!
I contacted Steve on Tuesday, August 5th, 2025 because in prepping for a trip the day before, I discovered our AC had became In-Op. We were leaving the Morning of the 7th for out of town. We had extreme heat advisories across the state (AZ). Steve returned the text I sent with an immediate call and was able to get out there that afternoon. He made quick work of the diagnosis and began looking for a replacement unit. He showed up Wednesday early afternoon and in under 2 hours had a new unit installed and cooling the coach. When we left Thursday the ambient temp in Mesa, AZ was 118 degrees. We really appreciate Steve's quick response! Great service, fair price, and a good dude! I highly recommend Steve and will keep him on speed dial. Thanks again Steve for the great service!
