Hiring David was a solid decision to inspect my new Class A RV.

I didn't have time to inspect the new Newmar Dutch Star myself but hiring David was a better decision. His experience and detailed approach resulted in a far better inspection than I could have done. He was candid that an inspection of this model probably wouldn't generate to many items and he was right. BUT the list was long enough, the report detailed enough that I could give it to the dealer and have them repaired before I picked it up saving me time and who knows how many return trips. Inexpensive peace of mind plus making us much more confident in the buying process. David excels in his common sense communications drilling down to important issues without a lot of fluff. I would hire him again. Pick up the phone and talk to him.

Rotted slide missed!

I had an inspection done, david mentioned some of the slides had seals that were loose that COULD cause potential issues in the future. He did NOT note any water damage or soft spots in the rv. The dealer had fixed the few loose seals prior to pickup. After 6 days of owning I realized my entire slide is soft. Just feeling it you can put your finger through the wall or floor. I understand the inspectors dont remove the couches. But even pulling it to the bed configuration and feeling the floor. Or just feeling the wall around the window its VERY noticeable. I feel dumb for not double checking myself and putting my trust into a 3rd party. Lesson learned, no one cares about your money more than you do! This will cost me thousands of dollars to repair.
