MAIN SLIDE OUT STUCK CLOSED Site 104 KOA
Our evening arrival at the Natural Bridge KOA (for a quick one night stay enroute to Georgia) met us with a big problem. The main slide out would not open, which left us 7 hours from home, 7 hours from our final destination without access to the prescription dog food and our own medications. Left voicemails on three different numbers and Mark Crummet was the only one who responded. Within 15 minutes he was working with my husband to attempt to diagnose and fix the problem. Mark was very pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable regarding everything RV!! He was able to fix the problem and he saved our much needed camping trip.

Problem Solved with Mark!
It was great to have Mark come to us at the State Park where we were camping. He responded to our request so quickly, he kept in communication with us to keep us updated on time frame. He showed up with the right part, got it installed and we are up and running again with affordable pricing to boot.
