Simply awesome!
Neal came out to assess my problem with an outlet. The outlet was flashing red, and even though I am very-new to the camping world, I knew that a potential electrical issue is nothing to ignore! Neal, not only addressed the outlet issue, but he also provided me with well needed knowledge about the use of my camper, and overall insight that I needed. Neal’s professionalism exceeds by far what any AI program can provide, simply by exemplifying the fact that nothing can take the place of genuine-human service!
