High Quality RV Inspection

I hired Pete from Living the Dream RV to complete a pre-purchase inspection on a 2024 Grand Design Momentum G31, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the start, Pete clearly explained his entire inspection process so I knew exactly what to expect. He coordinated scheduling around both the previous owner’s availability and mine, which made everything seamless and stress-free. Pete spent over four hours thoroughly going through the RV using a very organized, methodical approach to ensure every aspect of the unit was carefully reviewed. During the inspection, he provided updates, shared recommendations, and answered every single question I had without hesitation. His knowledge and attention to detail were obvious. What really stood out was that he even helped set up my weight distribution hitch at no additional charge — going above and beyond by spending an extra 90 minutes after the inspection to make sure everything was dialed in. I received a detailed, professional report just a couple of days later that covered everything we discussed during the inspection. It was comprehensive and easy to understand. Working with Pete on our Class A Newmar RV inspection was a Wow! We were first time RV buyers, but we had educated ourselves by watching 4 million YouTube videos, and we are so glad we listened to the YouTubers advice to have a private inspection done and request all repairs be completed BEFORE we took possession of the RV. Pete took all day to do the inspection, he took time during the day to show us a lot about the RV, and the report that he produced for us was incredible. With a push of a button, we could forward on our requested repairs to the dealership, complete with photos of the requested repair areas. The dealership agreed to almost all of our requested repairs, saving us thousands. We highly recommend Pete for his professionalism, knowledge and hands-on helpfulness.

Scheduling was seamless, and on inspection day, Pete arrived on time and dedicated a large portion of his day meticulously inspecting every inch of our 37’ trailer—inside, outside, the roof, and the underbelly. His attention to detail and deep knowledge of RV/Camper construction, materials, and proper installation were truly impressive.
