Steve repaired our AC unit for us over the Independence Day weekend. He showed up when he said he would and did all he could to resolve our issues. His rates were fair and he was transparent from the start about what we could expect. We usually camp in the area a few times a year. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Steve if we needed something on a future visit.

Amazing Service

We had a TCS Suspension recall on our Brinkley 5th wheel. Stephen coordinated with Brinkley customer care, got the parts shipped out overnight AND followed up with UPS when the parts weren't delivered due to a UPS "emergency situation". Once he received the parts, he was here within an hour. Just amazing service that you just can't find

Broken leaf spring on a fifth wheel😩!! So I had a 40ft useless paperweight stuck in my driveway. Live Free RV was recommended as someone who could handle suspension issues (most won’t touch it). Steve was awesome from the beginning. Very communicative through text and phone. Upfront regarding pricing and schedule availability. He arrived early, was professional and courteous the entire time, stayed BELOW his quoted fee, and was generally just a fantastic human being to be around. Spread the word people! Live Free is who I will call first with any future RV issues. For those who may be reading this review and deciding whether or not they should contact Live Free….stop reading and call. Had Steve do a Hybrid inspection on a 2018 Host cascade. Rate was 600.00 dollars. Unfortunately only 3 stars due to not letting me know about the Quad entry stairs to the rv were bent and not working properly. Seller asked me when I arrived if inspector mentioned the entry stairs being broken and I said no he did not. Had I known I would definitely offered less. Now two entry stairs ordered but did not fit. Finally ordered direct from host thru Lippert for correct quad foldable entry stairs. Also no mention of refrigerator thermistor not having adjustable bracket. Thermistor was just laying on one the shelfs .

Highly recommend! We’ve had to replace our AC 3 times in 5 years. We reached out to Live Free Mobile RV Repair at the recommendation of a friend, to request a quote for a better quality AC unit and installation. Steve responded ASAP and maintained steady communication until installation TEN DAYS after our initial request. Steve came to our home and worked in HIGH temps to ensure we had AC for our first camping trip of the season. He was professional, timely, and costs were fair. We are thoroughly enjoying our COOL camper in these high NH temps of late. So thankful!
