Professional, Thorough, and Personable

Chris did a pre-sales inspection for us since we were buying from out of state and wanted eyes on the unit prior to signing any paperwork. He was very personable from our first call, related to our situation very well and provided education about the inspection process and even specific information about RV systems. He was exceptionally thorough with the inspection, noting things that I didn't expect him to but were things that I would have checked being a DIYer. Post-inspection we went over the high-level results which allowed us to make a decision on proceeding with the sale, then he provided a report with everything listed out and dozens of pictures (over 100 pages in the PDF). Every RV needs an inspection, even new ones have small issues - Chris saved us a lot of time and frustration because we worked with the dealer to repair several things prior to us driving 500 miles to take delivery.

Chris was very knowledgeable and responsive. Definitely recommend using let's roll for mobile rv repairs. We live in ours so we could be close to my dad after he had to be put in hospice care so it's difficult to take the RV somewhere to be repaired. Truly grateful for their help during this difficult time.

When our last renters returned our motorhome, it flipped our lives upside down (lots of damage). For the last 2 months, Chris and Heather have been wildly helpful in putting things back together, even helping us with some insurance paperwork! Chris fixed our slide out, did the winterization, fixed a water pump, and gave us resources for all the other things we needed. I simply cannot say enough about them, the communication was top notch, they went above and beyond on every little thing that we needed. I’ve been in situations where people want to make a lot of unnecessary repairs so they can make money, they refused to do that and I appreciate that so much. Their billing was more than fair (I feel like they under billed me), they’ll have all the business I can throw at them!
